1Cancellation Policy: For any user that fails to contact the center staff regarding cancelled appointments. Any no shows will be given a warning for first time offense. After the initial warning, the user will be charged for one-hour, continued offenses will be billed for half the time signed up.
2 Extended Time Rate: A flat fee will be available for special projects that take an extended period (e.g. 8 hours or more to run). These projects will require prior approval from the Director or Lab Coordinator before the flat fee can be applied. Unless there is a demonstrated need, all extended time projects will be scheduled for evenings and/or weekends.
3 With the exception of Cryo TEM and CRYO Preparations, specimen preparations will be at no cost if the user performs the work.
